NEW STOCKTON SCHOLARS CLASS OF 2024

Apply to our program for the opportunity to claim a scholarship of up to $1000/year for 4 years for attendance at an approved 4 year college or university OR $500/year for 2 year college or trade school attendance. Our program is now open for ALL seniors attending a public HS in the city of Stockton who will be graduating in Spring 2025.
- Graduation from any public high school in Stockton
- Minimum 2.0 cumulative HS GPA
- Completion of FAFSA or DREAM ACT Application
- Full time enrollment at a not-for-profit college, university or trade school in the state of CA or attend an HBCU or MSI anywhere in the US

3. Complete the application:
- Select your school
- Enter Contact Information
- Enter Parent/Guardian contact information
- Select intended academic path
- Complete the survey questions
- Review & sign our documents (if you agree)
- Review & check off Scholarship Requirements
- Sign & collect parent/guardian signatures (needed for students under the age of 18)
- Submit
- Check your email for confirmation that your application has been submitted
- Read email, watch Stockton Scholars "Next Steps" video
APPLY FROM OCT 1, 2024 - MAR 2, 2025
APPLICATION OPENS SOON- Attend an eligible public high school within the city of Stockton
- Have a 2.0 unweighted overall high school GPA
- Complete the FAFSA or DREAM ACT financial aid application by the March 2nd deadline
- Plan to pursue a degree and enroll full-time at an accredited, not-for-profit college, university, or trade school in CA
- OR Plan to attend a HBCU, HSI, or MSI anywhere in the US
The following is a list of eligible high schools: Aspire Langston Hughes Academy, Cesar Chavez High School, Edison High School, Franklin High School Health Careers Academy, Jane Frederick High School, Merlo Institute of Environmental Studies, Pacific Law Academy, Stagg High School, Stockton Collegiate International Secondary School, Stockton Early College Academy, Stockton High School, Walton Special Center, Weber Institute, ABLE Charter School, Aspire Benjamin Holt Academy, Bear Creek High School, Lincoln High School, McNair High School, Middle College High School, New Vision High School, Plaza Robles High School, Sture Larsson High School, Venture Academy, or Weston Ranch High School.
